Products and ordering

Choose the product, colour, size and quantity before ordering. Product photographs may show other styling items that are not included unless stated. Items in outfit edits are sold separately. Sizes and cuts can vary between suppliers. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. We will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or an error needs to be resolved.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. The order total, including the delivery charge and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment. Nothing in these terms permits Blaze to change the agreed price after an accepted order without your agreement.

Delivery

Items are dispatched by the relevant suppliers. Products from different suppliers may arrive separately and may carry separate delivery charges. Read the shipping policy and any delivery estimate shown before ordering. Blaze remains your point of contact for problems with your purchase.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

The returns and refund policy explains how to notify Blaze of cancellation and return items directly to the supplier using the correct instructions. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, are not limited by supplier processes.

Problems and complaints

Email Blaze.ua2024@gmail.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details. We will investigate with the relevant supplier and provide the remedy required in the circumstances.

Read the privacy policy for information about personal data. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
