Delivery information

Blaze brings everyday clothing from different suppliers into one shop. Delivery is paid separately from the item price.

Delivery charges

Available delivery options and the total charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Charges depend on the supplier, destination and items in your basket. An order containing items from different suppliers may include more than one delivery charge. We do not promise one flat delivery price for every basket.

Dispatch and arrival

Dispatch and delivery times vary by supplier and destination. Where an estimate is available, check the product information and the delivery option at checkout. If no timeframe is shown, email Blaze before ordering for an estimate. We do not advertise a fixed delivery time across the whole catalogue.

Separate parcels and tracking

Items from different suppliers may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. Keep the order confirmation and any tracking updates you receive. If part of your order has not arrived, contact us with your order number and the item name.

International orders

Only destinations offered at checkout are available for the selected basket. Customs charges or import taxes may apply where these are not included at checkout.
